Definition and scope

The general terms and conditions of sale of products, hereinafter referred to as "the general terms," apply to all orders placed with the company CFJML srl, whose registered office is located at Rue Hors-Château 30, 4000 Liège, Belgium, registered with the BCE under number 0778.797.855 (contact email: info@maison-louis.be ↗ (mailto:info@maison-louis.be)), hereinafter referred to as "the seller," via the website https://liegevintagewatches.com ↗ (https://liegevintagewatches.com) (hereinafter "the website").

These general terms form the contract binding the seller and the customer. The seller and the customer are hereinafter commonly referred to as "the parties."

Prices and Retention of Title

The prices listed on the product sheets of the online catalog are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products.

Payment Methods

The price of the Products and the logistical preparation and delivery charges are payable in full by the customer at the time of placing the Order.

– By credit card:

– By PayPal:

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in writing expressly accepted by the seller, the delivery times mentioned in the specific conditions are not stringent deadlines. These are provided for informational purposes only. The seller's liability can only be engaged if the delay is significant and attributable to him due to gross negligence.

The customer cannot use the delivery times to claim any damages or other claims unless the seller has accepted in writing any other stipulation.

The date indicated on the delivery document constitutes proof of the delivery date.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Economic Law Code, the customer has 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. He can return his product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, accompanied by the delivery slip. Any damaged product and/or whose original packaging has been modified/damaged will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.

Direct return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The seller will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, within 14 days from the return of the products.

The transfer of risks occurs at the time of delivery of the goods, that is, at the time of physical delivery of the merchandise to the recipient.

Warranties

In accordance with Articles 1641 to 1643 of the Civil Code, the seller is obliged to guarantee products against hidden defects that render the products unsuitable for their intended use, or that diminish this use to such an extent that the customer would not have purchased them or would have paid a lower price if he had known.

In case of discovery of a hidden defect, the customer must act promptly in accordance with Article 1648 of the Civil Code.

The seller has the right to replace the defective product with an equivalent product that is not defective. In this case, no amount will be owed by the seller concerning the defective product.

Only the invoice, receipt, or purchase voucher serves as warranty certificates for the customer against the seller. These documents must be retained by the customer and presented in their original version.

Liability

It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about any restrictions or customs duties imposed by his country regarding the ordered products. Therefore, the seller cannot be held responsible if the customer faces any restrictions or additional taxes to pay due to the policy adopted by his country in this regard.

The company CFJML has, for all stages of access to the site, ordering process, delivery, customer service, or others, only an obligation of means. The liability of CFJML shall not be engaged for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the internet network such as data loss, viruses, or others.

Intellectual Property
